Joy went to the 15th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday, and wow! These are some of my favourite photos of her, she looks amazing!
Desperate Housewives was nominated for the 'Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series' award, unfortunately it didn't win :[. But congrats to the cast anyway, you all contribute to keeping the show fabulous!

Aw yay, our first events of 2009! Joy went to the Pre-Golden Globes DPA Gifting Lounge last Thursday and the Access Hollywood "Stuff You Must..." Lounge in celebration of the Golden Globes the next day. You can check out the pictures in the gallery.
You can see her autograph in two of the photos from the DPA Gifting Lounge, the can she's holding has it on. Very cool!

This is what Joy had to say about her time spent on the Hollywood Knights Norway Tour!
"Rarely in our lives do we have a chance to have such a personally rewarding experience that has such a profoundly positive effect on the lives of others. Every moment of the trip was truly special from the wonderful Hollywood Knights team to the beautiful and welcoming city of Bergen to the smiles and strength of the children we were lucky enough to get to know. Thank you so much and I hope to be a part of the Hollywood Knights family for a very long time. PS - Michael, Vicky, Traci, Drina, Howie and Miata – You really made this trip. Thank you all so much for making this so unbelievably special. Never have I laughed so much or slept so little. You guys are incredible and wonderful people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
I also found you can buy the jacket Joy wore to The Do Something Awards, it's by J. Crew, the Velvet École jacket and is on the website for $125 down from $168. The colour of her jacket is called 'honey glaze' which isn't there anymore but 'tawny olive' is quite similar!

There are lots of new photos today, these are all the events Joy attended while the site was offline. Looks like Joy has been up to a lot, as part of The Hollywood Knights, which is a celebrity basketball team, she went to Norway, Iceland and a few other European countries! Andrea Bowen (Julie) and Josh Henderson (Austin) from DH were also involved. The photos from her trip are adorable, you really must check them out!

The gallery is nearly done, most of the photos are back in! As for new ones, so far I've added photos from Desperate Housewives season 5. There was an article floating around saying Joy wouldn't be in this season, but so far she's been in two episodes! Here are two sets of screencaps and some promotional photos :].

This is just a short post to say hi really! What you knew as The Joy Box is now Joy Lauren Fans, the same site just a new name and URL :]. I wasn't able to buy the old URL back but I missed the site, so here we are again!I have a bunch of new photos since the site went offline so once I have all the old pictures back in the gallery I'll start some proper updates.
